Which language Pantryk uses
Kitchen and your storefront are in English. Your buyers' emails are Swedish or English — your choice. Money, dates and times use one fixed format.

English, everywhere in the app
Kitchen is in English, and so is the storefront your buyers see. There is no language picker anywhere — not for you, not for a buyer, not per device. There is one set of English text behind every screen, which is why a drop reads the same to every buyer who opens it.
This Help Center and the Blog are English for the same reason.
Your buyers’ emails are the one language setting
The emails your buyers receive — order confirmations, pickup reminders, receipts, login codes — are the one thing that is not fixed to English. Choose their language in Settings → Storefront → Identity, under Buyer email language: Svenska or English.
It is set for you when your storefront is created, from the country you sell in: a Swedish storefront writes to its buyers in Swedish, a Polish one in English. Change it whenever you like; it takes effect on the next email that goes out.
Kitchen stays in English either way. The setting is about your buyers, not about you, and it never changes a screen.
Money, dates and times
Formats are fixed too, so that nothing shifts under a buyer who happens to be on a different device from you:
- Money is shown in your storefront’s own currency. It is stamped when your storefront is created, from the country you sell in, and never changes afterwards.
- Dates are day-first — 9 Sep 2026, never the month-first form.
- Times are on a 24-hour clock, and always in your storefront’s own timezone — one clock for Kitchen and for buyers alike, set in Settings → Storefront → Identity. A pickup window that reads 09:00–12:00 reads that way to every buyer, wherever they are.
Which countries this covers
Pantryk sells in Sweden and Poland today, and more countries will follow. You choose the country when you sign up and it stays fixed for the life of the storefront, because the currency you have already priced in follows from it — as do your tax defaults and the language your buyers are first written to in.
